RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY/SHIPPING
We understand that there are circumstances whereby you may want to return or exchange an item or items from our site. Any hair accessories such as but not limited to headbands, scrunchies and/or clips are not returnable. Under normal circumstances, other accessories may be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase in its original packaging and free of any damages, however, due to the current COVID pandemic, all sales are final with no return or exchanges at this time.
We hope that we can ease the return and exchange policy once the COVID pandemic is over.

We process all new orders on the same business day and to the best of our ability, we ship on the next business day. You can expect to receive your purchase between 2-5 days depending on where we are shipping to.
